Process Communication Model® · Singapore & APAC

Speak the language of everyone you lead.

XENITY is a Singapore-based advisory for C-suite and senior leaders across APAC. We work in the Process Communication Model® — the behavioural framework used by NASA in astronaut selection — calibrated for how Asia actually communicates.

The problem

Perfectly clear. Completely misunderstood.

Most breakdowns between capable people are not disagreements. They are two minds reading the same moment through different lenses — each certain the other has missed the point.

Every leader has a native communication style. So does every person they lead — and in a region as diverse as APAC, culture adds a second layer on top of personality. Leaders who master only their own style are fluent with a fraction of their organisation and merely audible to the rest.

XENITY's work makes the invisible visible: how each person on your team processes information, what motivates them, and how they behave when pressure rises — so you can lead each of them in the language they actually hear.

Inside the method
The method

One framework.
Six languages.

The Process Communication Model®, developed by Dr. Taibi Kahler, identifies six personality types present in every person — in a unique order, like floors of a building. Each type perceives the world differently, is motivated differently, and shows stress differently. Learn to read the structure, and communication stops being guesswork.

Perceives through · Logic

The Thinker

Structured, precise, time-driven. Wants data, order and recognition of good work.

Perceives through · Values

The Persister

Principled, observant, committed. Listens for conviction and respects dedication.

Perceives through · Emotions

The Harmoniser

Warm, empathetic, relationship-first. Needs to be valued as a person, not a function.

Perceives through · Reflection

The Imaginer

Calm, imaginative, reflective. Does profound thinking — when given space and direction.

Perceives through · Reactions

The Rebel

Spontaneous, creative, playful. Reacts to the world with likes and dislikes — and energy.

Perceives through · Action

The Promoter

Adaptable, persuasive, charming. Moves first, talks fast, and makes things happen.

What the work
is built on.

Read in real time

The model is behavioural. Word choice, tone and sentence structure reveal how a person is processing information right now — so you adjust inside the conversation, not after it.

Nobody gets boxed

All six types live in everyone; the model maps their order, never a single label. That is why it lands with sophisticated audiences long tired of four-letter verdicts.

Stress has a sequence

Under pressure, each type follows a predictable pattern. Leaders who read the early signs can steady a conversation before it turns — and recover it when it does.

Motivation is specific

Each type runs on distinct psychological needs. Meet the need and performance compounds. Miss it, and stress behaviour is only a matter of time.

“The most fluent leaders are not the ones who speak the most. They are the ones who can be understood by anyone in the room.”

XENITY is led by Xenia — a certified Process Communication Model® trainer through Kahler Communications, Inc., based in Singapore. The practice rests on one belief: the distance between knowing communication theory and using it well, under real pressure, is where most programmes quietly fail.

About XENITY
Questions

Asked often. Answered plainly.

What is the Process Communication Model® (PCM®)?
PCM® is a behavioural communication framework developed by American psychologist Dr. Taibi Kahler. It identifies six personality types present in every person — Thinker, Persister, Harmoniser, Imaginer, Rebel and Promoter — and gives leaders practical tools to recognise how each processes information, what motivates them, and how they behave under stress. It has been used by NASA in astronaut selection and by organisations worldwide.
Is PCM® another personality test like MBTI or DISC?
No. Most typologies put you in a box and stop there. PCM® maps all six types within one person, in a unique order — and it is observable in real time. You can identify how someone is processing information from their words, tone and behaviour in this conversation, and adapt immediately. It also maps predictable stress patterns, so you can see pressure behaviour coming before it escalates.
Who does XENITY work with?
C-suite executives, senior HR and people leaders, leadership teams and high-potential professionals — primarily in Singapore and across APAC. If you lead people across cultures, this work was designed for you.
Where do you deliver?
XENITY is based in Singapore and works across the Asia-Pacific region — in person and virtually. Every engagement is calibrated for the region's cross-cultural realities: high-context communication, face dynamics and power distance.
How does an engagement begin?
With a conversation, not a proposal. We talk about your context and what you're navigating. If there's a fit, XENITY scopes a bespoke engagement — beginning with PCM® profile assessments as the diagnostic foundation.

The work begins with a conversation.

Tell us where you are and what you're navigating. No sales pressure, no generic proposals — a direct conversation with the founder.
