The advisor

The person behind the work.

My first career was international law. A Master's in international economic law, then five years of contracts, due diligence and M&A — in law firms first, then in-house at Louis Dreyfus Company, one of the world's largest commodity traders. Negotiation taught me what no statute ever did: deals are rarely lost on the law. They are lost on the conversation — the misread signal, the wrong channel, the pressure behaviour nobody names.

The Process Communication Model® gave that pattern a name and a science: how the person across the table actually processes information, what reaches them, and what happens to both of you under pressure. XENITY exists to bring that architecture into senior rooms across APAC — where brilliant leaders and rigorous strategies still lose outcomes to communication that misses its listener.

I hold Certified Trainer status licensed directly by Kahler Communications, Inc. — the source organisation of the Process Communication Model® — which qualifies me to deliver the full PCM® suite: profile administration, individual debriefs, group facilitation and advanced modules. PCM® is not a tool I use alongside other frameworks. It is the diagnostic core of everything XENITY delivers, integrated with the cross-cultural scholarship that Asian business contexts demand.

XENITY was built on a specific premise: the gap between knowing communication theory and applying it precisely — in real conversations, under real pressure — is where most programmes fail. Everything in this practice is designed to close that gap: profiles before frameworks, rehearsal before stakes, progress you can actually measure.

I work with C-suite executives, HR leaders and senior professionals who already operate at a high level and want the kind of communication edge that cannot be faked.

The approach

Why PCM®.
Why APAC.

The Process Communication Model® was developed by Dr. Taibi Kahler, whose research earned him the Eric Berne Memorial Scientific Award and an engagement with NASA in astronaut selection. It works because it is empirically grounded, operationally precise, and observable in real time — it doesn't hand you a "type" and leave; it shows you how the person in front of you is processing information right now, and what to do about it.

APAC adds the layer most programmes ignore. This is a region of extraordinary communication diversity — high-context indirectness, face dynamics, power distance, and the hybrid English-language corporate register sitting on top of all of it. Western frameworks routinely underweight this. XENITY's work is built around it.

The combination is the practice: personality architecture underneath, cultural filter on top, and a leader who can finally read both.

Principles

What XENITY stands for.

Diagnostic first.

Every engagement begins with evidence — your PCM® profile, your team's architecture, your context. Never a generic framework applied to a generic problem.

Advisory, not training.

The distinction matters. Advisory is a sustained engagement with a senior peer, aimed at a specific outcome — not a day's workshop and a certificate you forget.

Measured, every time.

Not transformation. Not breakthrough. Deliberate, measurable, compounding change — the kind the C-suite can trust because it survives contact with reality.

APAC-aware by design.

The communication dynamics of this region are real and specific. They shape every engagement here — not as a footnote, but as a core design principle.

If this is the standard you want.

For yourself or your team — the next step is a conversation.
